Important Reminders regarding the La Cueva Holiday Craft Fair, December 7, 2024:
The craft fair is run by the La Cueva Band Booster Club, not La Cueva High School.
Please do not contact the school regarding status of application.
Your booth fees/donation benefits the La Cueva HS Band program.
BOOSTER CLUB DOES NOT ACCEPT ELECTRONIC PAYMENT
Check or Money Orders ONLY! Please fill out and sign your money order. DO NOT SEND IT BLANK.
Completing and mailing the application, pictures and payment is the only way to apply to be a vendor.
DO NOT SEND MONEY THROUGH FACEBOOK/MESSENGER/INSTAGRAM- WE WILL NEVER MESSAGE YOU FOR PAYMENT. Facebook is a great way to advertise and invite shoppers to the event but it also opens up vendors for scams! Going through the coordinator is the only way to request a space.
Silent Auction participation is required, $15 donation or an item of same value or more. No exceptions. Providers that do not participate will not be included in future shows.
SPACE REQUESTS ARE NOT A GUARANTEE AND BEING A RETURN VENDOR IS NOT A GUARANTEE. All applications received by deadline will be considered. While preference can be given to returning vendors, the committee’s goal is to offer shoppers a balanced and interesting selection of diverse arts and crafts. I will try and honor all requests but please be understanding that I cannot fit everyone into the concourse or cafeteria. There are only so many spaces that have a wall behind them (mostly in the hallways), a limited number of spaces that have electricity and only so many end spots.
All applications received by October 11, 2024 will be considered, please note this show does sell out very fast. Any application received after 10/11/24 will be placed on the waiting list automatically. Once we complete the space assisments we will notify you if you’re a selected vendors. We will move vendors from the waiting list as spaces are available.
We will not tolerate any rudeness towards students, volunteers, parents or La Cueva staff. Please make sure you read and sign the application.
Thank you for your support!
