We are not able to accept electronic payment, please send check or money order. 10’ x 6’ Booth - $85 ** If you need electricity add an additional $25, please see rules on electricity 15’ x 6’ booths - Limited Availability $ 150. Please email email@example.com availability of larger spaces. The large spaces sell out and are in high demand, for these spaces only we will sell the first come, first serve. Once you received your confirmation email from me that you are on the approved list for the large space you will need to send application and payment. If you do not send payment within 15 days of receiving confirmation email from me, I will go to the next person in line for a LARGE space. PLEASE NOTE– I WILL NOT BE LOOKING AT PAST SPACE ASSIGNMENTS TO PLACE YOU, YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST A SPACE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A CERTAIN AREA. Vendors are responsible for your own WIFI – please prepare for that. The APS free WIFI is limited and there is nothing that the Booster club can do.
APS asked us to remind everyone that registered service animals are allowed on APS property only. Please do not bring your pet
All vendors are required to submit an item for the silent auction, the item should be a representation of your craft. Minimum value is $15, this donation goes to the kids in the band. If you are not willing to donate, please add $15 to your payment.
Please review the cancellation rules and we ask that if you have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so that we can get another vendor to take your spot.
